Ziggy

This mama, where to start?!!! If you know her story, you know how she dug deep to find her courage and her mama strength a few years ago and it has changed her whole life! That she fights for her children with so much love and adoration, I am in awe of her strength!!

For the birth of her 3rd son, I knew it would be epic. So when I got the call at 4am from her Fiancé saying “well baby is here, if you want to come” it took me a minute to figure out, that I had not missed the birth(ironcally I missed her 2nd sons birth due to trying to park and a super fast labor!)

So Craig cleared up, that Emily had decided that a Free Birth with just the two of them, was what she wanted…That he had caught his first birthed son on the toilet and it was awesome, they were doing great! That when labor started Emily, knew she had to do it on her own, no doula, no midwife just the two of them!

So I still confused and groggily headed over to do some photos and grab her placenta!!!

Their midwife was there doing newborn exam, and had already checked on Emily. She was so chill, and kind, calming just talking through the exam.

Soon after two of the cutest bed headed boys got to meet their new little brother when they woke up and it was the best thing ever!!! A little after some breakfast and newborn snuggles I left them to take a midmorning nap!! The older boys went downstairs to make their brother birthday pokemon cards. Emily snuggled back into bed with little Ziggy, and Craig was still beaming with the most new dad pride ever, as I said goodbye!

Ironically I went straight to another birth, so had two adorable baby’s born in one day!!! That story is coming next, stay tunned!
